1. Introduction

Welcome to The MBA Kid Initiative. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and participation in the MBA Kid Programme (“Course”). By enrolling in or accessing the Course, you (“Parent,” “Guardian,” or “Purchaser”) agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of your child (“Learner”).

Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing or using the Course.

2. Course Access and Duration

Upon successful purchase, access to the MBA Kid Programme will be granted for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
After this period, access to the Course materials, content, and related resources will automatically expire unless renewed through a new purchase.

3. Nature of the Course and Outcomes

The MBA Kid Programme is designed to provide strategic development and educational content for children.
However, the results and outcomes of the Course depend entirely on the Learner’s individual participation, effort, and implementation of the knowledge and activities provided.
The MBA Kid Initiative does not guarantee any specific learning results, academic achievements, or skill mastery.

4. Parental Responsibility

As the Purchaser and legal guardian, you are responsible for:
– Ensuring that the Learner participates in the Course appropriately and safely.
– Providing supervision as necessary during online sessions and activities.
– Managing the Learner’s access credentials and ensuring they are not shared with third parties.

5. Certificates

Upon completion of the MBA Kid Programme, and subject to fulfilling all course requirements, a digital certificate will be made available for download.
Certificates are issued in digital form only and will not be available in printed or physical copies unless otherwise stated.
The name printed on the certificate will be the exact name entered into the enrolment/sign-up page under ‘Learner Name’. 

6. Intellectual Property

All Course materials, videos, graphics, and digital resources provided through The MBA Kid Course remain the exclusive intellectual property of The MBA Kid Initiative.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, share or publicly display any part of the Course content without prior written consent.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Double payments will be refunded, whereby the additional payment will be returned to the respective account. Once the MBA Kid course is made accessible, the product is fully and completely available and usable. Therefore, no refunds will be available at this stage. All purchases of the MBA Kid Programme are final unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law. Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of The MBA Kid Initiative.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The MBA Kid Initiative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in or use of the Course.
You acknowledge that you participate in the Course voluntarily and at your own discretion. This course is educational and does not guarantee success. It is not financial advice. It is not business advice. The results depend on the learner.

9. Amendments

The MBA Kid Initiative reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the official website.
Continued access or use of the Course after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
